Earnest Praying

Among God’s faithful people there should be frequent seasons of sincere, and earnest praying. When you are in love with God your mind becomes constant in a prayerful attitude. Also, praying must be done with a humble heart. When doing this you will feel peaceful results from your communion with the Almighty.

Satan is out to deceive and destroy the Christian. To dispel the shadow he has cast on the believers pathway, we must believe the assurance found in James 5:16, “The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.”

There will always be a need of earnest, fervent, and agonizing prayer. Call it the spirit of wrestling prayer. A searching of your heart, seeking Jesus as He sought His Father; then claim His promise to wash away all of your sins.

Be humble, be meek, and be sorry for breaking His heart. Then wait for Him to comfort and bless you.
