Sure Faith With Trust
Think about how faith trusts God more fully than anyone trusts their lives to an unseen pilot or an unknown engineer on land or at sea. The incredible invisible (to our eye) has promised to lead and guide us in ways that are always best for us. The faith you have in God must be so implicit that you will notice that you triumph over doubt, fears, and every sin that so easily besets you. After sin, God never promised us freedom from pain or tribulations, but He does assure us over and over again that we shall have power to be overcomers. This power we find alone in Him. And to inspire and encourage us, He says, “Be of good cheer, I have overcome the world, (for you).” John 16:33. My thoughts added to In the Morning, by W. Ochs, page 339. Sherry
