Our Destiny
By being personal with Jesus and knowing who He is will get to the heart of who you are and will help you to know what eternity holds for you. How can that be? You will admire His works and honor His words. You will extol His patience, advocate His non-violent life, acclaim His decisiveness, praise His selflessness, and stand speechless as you see the cruel end of His life when He came to earth only to rescue you. Many people may be ready to accept Jesus as a good man who tried to infuse fairness where there was injustice, to offer healing where there was sickness, and to bring comfort where there was only misery. He was more than fair, and healed so many broken bodies and shattered hearts. And everyday He is in the business of bringing comfort to the thousands that call upon His name, even when or maybe because they feel they have no where else to turn. Jesus always listens for any cry, whimper, shout or whisper. He loves everyone unconditionally. Jesus asked, "Who do you say that I am?" It's a question that demands an answer, and on that answer the destiny of humanity hinges. Where do you want your destiny to lead you (My thoughts with Jesus and You by David Marshall)? Sherry
