Love, Faith and Trust

A solid foundation gives you a firm balance when the ground shifts. Building a relationship with your beloved spouse based on love given from God, faith learned from experience, and trust from the honesty you share between the two of you in your marriage makes for a solid dwelling place. And because of love, faith, and trust you can withstand any storm threatening your bond, and an assurance that you honor each other. Your relationship is a sacred union blessed by God. It would be wise to never forget that very important factor in your marital commitment.You love each other and accept each other as the unique individuals that you are. You learn to love with an open heart and a dedication to giving the support and care you both need in times of crisis and during everyday challenges. Having faith in God encourages you to have faith in yourself as an individual and as united helpmates to each other. With God's presence in your home you will be guided to share life's journey differently than someone who doesn't choose to have the God factor to lean on. Trusting God builds your faith in each other and continues with each passing year. Living together as one for a very long time will still bring joy and happiness as though each new day was your marital beginning. It never has to become routine and boring, and it won't when you seek God's desire for your marriage every single day. With God's guidance you trust your own and each others judgments. "Father, I desire that those also, whom you have given me, may be with me where I am, to see my glory, which you have given me because you loved me before the foundation of the world." John 7:24.
